Also when you place an order for a product or a service we will not have a binding agreement until we send you an acknowledgment.

Refund,Return and Claim Policy
Tap Warehouse Ltd offers an easy returns (change of mind) policy. We want you to be happy with your selection and it’s suitability! We offer a “no questions” 14 days right of return is offered on all goods purchased. Goods must be unused and perfectly new.
Freight cost can not be refunded.
Naturally goods will have to be returned in the original packaging / condition we sold to you.
Special order can not be returned, for example : 2m copper pipe, clearance sale item, etc.
After 14days, if you want cancel or return the goods ,we have to charge back store fee 30% of the products.and you must have the original purchase evidence to supply.
No evidence of purchase record , no return .
